How do you hire?

Do you do fee-based recruiting?
We do! Unlike most recruitment agencies, we offer a partnership model that allows you to scale your team without blowing your recruitment budget.
Do you offer Diversity Training?
We offer context-specific DEI training that has been built specifically for the workplace. Considering employment law, our training has been crafted to explore the historical context of what got us to where we are today while helping people at all levels of your organization evolve their behaviour.
What are your fees? Do you have any?
Our goal is to meet you where you are and sometimes that means an out-of-the-box fee structure doesn’t work. Based on your company size our recruitment fees range from 15% - 25%. Hiring more than one person? We would be happy to work with you to develop a custom retainer based on what you need and how you plan to grow.
How much do your services cost?
The short answer is— let’s chat and talk about what you are looking for, and take things from there. We offer bespoke workplace design services (HR, Recruiting, Training and Employer Branding). We are happy to work with you and your unique budget.
How long does it take you to hire?
At Bloom, we like to move fast and with intention. The best interview experience is an inclusive one, and that takes time. Usually, it takes us 3 to 6 weeks to connect clients with their next hire.
Do you offer recruiter training?
Heck yes, we do! We offer a bunch of yawn-free learning experiences. If you are looking to level up your recruiting game or train your existing team, we have a recruiting masterclass to help you get there.
Do you offer ad-hoc HR support?
We sure do! If you don’t have HR in place and are looking for ad-hoc HR advisory and support, we have a subscription-like service that ensures we are there for you whenever you or your team need some extra support and expertise.
